Call for patients who have personal experience of cross-border healthcare
In order to strengthen our work on cross-border healthcare, EPF is issuing a call for patients who have personal experience of cross-border healthcare (or experience in the family):
- Patients who have accessed treatment across borders (whether under the directive or under the regulation)
- Who have tried to access cross-border healthcare (even if not successful for whatever reason)
- Who have tried to find out information about cross-border healthcare (successfully or not, difficult or easy)
- Any other personal experience regarding the directive or the regulation
Why do we want to get in touch with you?
EPF would like to get in touch with such patients to gain some more insight on “direct“ experiences of patients. We would conduct interviews either through email or telephone.
All information will be treated confidentially of course unless specific permission is given to publish. Anybody who would like to talk about their experience can email us by 15 March.
