The International Forum Gastein is welcoming applications for the 10th edition of the European Health Award, rewarding a health policy initiative with cross-border scope.
The International Forum Gastein is welcoming applications for the 10th edition of the European Health Award. The winner of the Award will receive prize money of Euro 10.000 at the 19th European Health Forum Gastein. This year’s forum will focus on “Demographics and Diversity in Europe – New Solutions for Health” and will take place as usual in Austria´s Gastein Valley from 28th to 30th September 2016.
The European Health Award was initiated by the International Forum Gastein in 2007 with the intention of promoting health policy initiatives with a cross-border European scope which contribute to meeting European health challenges including health inequalities and disparities in health status, access to health services and/or the provision of treatment.
Applications for the Award will close on Friday, 27th May 2016 and will then be evaluated by a renowned jury. More information and an application form can be found on the forum’s homepage.
