Management of chronic diseases: the potential of patient empowerment

On 1st October 2015 during the European Health Forum Gastein, EPF organised a workshop on patient empowerment in cooperation with Sanofi. 

This workshop is one of the milestones of the EPF campaign on patient empowerment entitled ‘Patients Prescribe’.
