PRO-STEP Final Conference

What?

The European Patients’ Forum (EPF) and the European Commission organise the final conference of the joint project ’PRO-STEP’.

Experts will present the main outcomes of the project and discuss the future joint actions to meet the challenges and collectively reflect on follow up actions needed to promote self-care in Europe.
