Senior Policy Officer

Milana Trucl works as a Senior Policy Officer at the European Patients’ Forum, where she develops and guides the policy and advocacy work in the area of digital health and chairs EPF’s Digital Health Working Group. Her goal is to ensure that the patient perspective is integrated into EU policies, initiatives and projects on digital health and artificial intelligence in healthcare, and to shed light on the importance of patient engagement, health literacy and equitable access to digital services and solutions.

Additionally, Milana coordinates the Data Saves Lives initiative, which aims to raise wider patient and public awareness about the importance of health data, and develops educational materials for patients and citizens.
