Flavia Topan

Communications Manager

Flavia  is a PR professional with a background in university teaching and academic research. She joined EPF in April 2022. In her position as a Senior Communications Manager, Flavia is responsible for developing EPF’s communication strategy and to manage the delivery of EPF’s communication and PR activities. 

Before joining EPF, Flavia handled communication & PR activities for both public and private hospitals in Romania, and also worked together with national patients’ associations on various communication and patient education projects.
