Elena Balestra

Head of Governance, Membership and Capacity Building

Elena joined EPF in April 2017. As Head of Governance, Membership and Capacity Building, she is responsible for liaising with the EPF members, the Membership strategy and the Capacity Building Programme.

An Italian citizen, Elena has seven years experience in both capacity building and membership. She was also employed in other membership organisations in Brussels. Her background includes degrees in International Relations and Development and Cooperation.
