Capacity Building Assistant
Arlet Viader Gironès joined EPF in April 2025 as a Capacity Building Assistant. In this role, Arlet supports the Capacity Building team, as well as EPF’s various teams and members by supporting the development and implementation of training initiatives, learning experiences, and capacity-strengthening activities. She strongly believes on education as a tool for empowerment and societal transformation, and contributes to projects that foster critical thinking, collective agency, and sustainable impacts.
With a background in education, political science, and development cooperation, Arlet has experience in project management, training, and advocacy within the education and NGO sectors. Prior to joining EPF, Arlet worked at Acápacá and 11.11.11 International Solidarity, leading education programmes, designing innovative learning experiences, and supporting youth movements in climate, democracy, and socioeconomic justice.
Passionate about international relations, EU institutions, equity and community building, Arlet brings a collaborative and innovative mindset to EPF’s mission.
